Quitman County Board of Supervisors

Hammons & Associates often assists in grant proposals for infrastructure and preservation initiatives for the Quitman County Board of Supervisors. From grant writing to mapping Hammons is involved in many aspects of the grant process.

In addition to its county projects, Quitman County hosts an annual Mule Train Festival, centered around the historic Mule Train event that was held in Marks, Mississippi. Hammons has assisted in website updates, posters, and social media management for this event.

H&A was also involved in the 50th Anniversary of the Mule Train event, where speakers and influencers of the Civil Rights Movement gathered in Marks to celebrate the history of the county. Fundraising brochures, posters, banners, and a dedicated website were a part of this project.
