Greenville-Washington County Convention & Visitors Bureau

The Greenville-Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau engaged Hammons and Associates in the creation of a new brand identity for the Port City.

After extensive research, the general conclusion was that Greenville and Washington County were thought by many visitors to be “more than meets the eye.”  This concept was pushed forward and was the basis for the new logo design that at first glance appears to be a Delta landscape with trees, agricultural rows and a barn. But upon closer inspection reveals the shape of the musical instrument long associated with the blues that made the Delta famous.

The logo was the beginning of a total overhaul of the Greenville-Washington County CVB look. H&A created a new website and a series of ads that promoted the new tagline. The rich history of the Washington County area translates well into collateral pieces that portray that to potential visitors.
